Wedding Favors – Personalized Coffee Gifts!

La Vita Espresso Catering offers a unique, personalized wedding favor for our coffee-loving clients!

Our clients that want to offer their guests a unique and memorable wedding favor can have 1/2 pound or 1 pound bags of whole bean coffee personalized with their photographs, art or other personal information printed on a professional 5×7″ label which is then applied to a bag of coffee.  We offer approximately 25 different varieties of coffee – all of which can be used for your private label wedding favor!

Each design has a one-time printing setup fee of $95 and each label is priced at $.50 each (minimum order of 25 bags of coffee).

Coffee Pricing Half-Pound Bags

25 – 49 bags = $7.00 each (+ per label fee)

50 – 99 bags = $6.50 each (+ per label fee)

100 – 200 bags = $6.00 each (+per label fee)

200+ bags = $5.50 each (+per label fee)

Coffee pricing One-Pound bags

25 – 49 bags = $10.75 each (+ per label fee)

50 – 99 bags = $10.25 each (+per label fee)

100 – 200 bags = $9.75 each (+per label fee)

200+ bags = $9.25 each (+per label fee)

Artwork Formats

Adobe Illustrator files (.ai, .eps or .pdf) with fonts outlined

Photoshop TIFF, JPEG (.psd, .tif, .jpg) files at a resolution of 180 DPI or better

Label size = 5″ x 7″ – please include a 1/4″ bleed

Candy Buffet / Candy Catering

Besides espresso coffee and smoothie catering – we also do candy buffets!

Here are some pictures we took of a holiday candy buffet we catered for a private party at Kieran’s Irish Pub in downtown Minneapolis in January 2011.

Items included with this candy buffet included premium Ghanian Omanhene Chocolate bars, giant marshmallows, a cotton candy machine, pretzels, M&M’s, custom-colored Sixlets, rock candy, Skittles, lollipops and more with a general holiday theme.

  • Personalized wedding candle votives
  • Personalized whole bean coffee bags for your guests. Bag labels can include anything you want such as your picture, marriage date, etc. Bags come in a variety of sizes (4 ounce, 8 ounce, 1 lb, 2.5 lb and 5 lb).
  • Personalized tea tins for your guests. We offer 15 different varieties of bulk tea and these are individually packaged in 4 oz. custom tins.  Tins can have a custom label applied commemorating your special day!
  • Custom roasted coffees – name the blend whatever you want!
  • A wide variety of candles, we have everything from votives to giant 3-wick pillars and hearth logs!  All candles come in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and scents.  Our larger candles go great on the head table!  Our votives and over-sized votives look great on the reception tables!  Get a candle for every guest!  Our prices on wedding candles and votives are very low – call us for details.
  • Candy Bars / Buffets.  We offer a large selection of hard to find custom candies that come in a wide variety of colors and flavors.  You won’t find these at your big box retailer!  We can even bring a cotton candy machine!
